I've been trying to eat healthier and trim down a bit, I've put on a few more pounds recently that I'd like to shift asap!

I'm having salads for dinner and/or lunch, only wholemeal bread and no more than 2 slices per day, and lots of fruit and veggies.

I'm trying to drink lots of water as well, I'm constantly filling up my water dispenser at home and bought a metal water bottle to carry with me. It helps stave off hunger and cravings as well as keeping my hydrated which is great, although I'm needing the loo a lot more often now!

I have a lot of fruit teas without milk too, they're a great way to have water at work and make it less boring, and we have an instant hot water tap in our work kitchen so it's easy, although it does contribute to more loo breaks!
