So this week we had a min heatwave in the UK, with Saturday October 1st being the hottest October day ever recorded in history.
I heard that yesterday it was going to go nasty, but I went out and still had the warm on my skin and the sun beaming down on me and it was great. Today however, I woke up in the morning already feeling the chill. I left my house and it was gloomy out, the skies are grey and overcast and it's definitely jacket weather.
I know it was unseasonable to have such a random burst of summer weather in October, but it certainly was a bit of a treat, and I miss it already!
Oh well, it's back to jackets and jeans and hoodies then, what can you do? At least it's not coats, scarves, gloves and hats weather just yet. I'll wait until it's ski boot weather before I start moaning!
